Closely related: scripts/build/create-weblinks-itexi.py should take these
build
numbers into account.
I'm thinking that if it has an internet connection or is given a set of
dirs to look
at it, the script should try to figure out the proper build number. If it
isn't
given such a location, it assumes they're always -1.
The only time we actually *need* to have the right build numbers is when we
generate
this on lilypond.org, but there we have the filenames on the same
filesystem, so no
internet connection is needed.
