I'm at a roadblock on this issue. I still think the problem is with both
the
`lilypond-invoke-editor' script and the Mac OS X GUI. But...
1) I don't know how to debug the Mac OS X GUI. Further, I can't build the
GUI
because I don't how Christian Hitz packaged it.
2) The problem with the `lilypond-invoke-editor' script is Guile-related,
and since
this script must be self-contained, I can't use the ly:format procedure to
fix it.
In order words, I'm stuck.
