There's two (possible) requests wrapped up here: 1) "how can I write a \DC or \DCalFine or \DS command"? answer: read the Learning manual, maybe read Notation 3 or 4 or maybe it's in Extending 1 now... and most of all, ask on the -user list, not on the bug- list. 2) "I've written a command that would be useful for other people; could we add this to lilypond?" answer: wait for GLISS and GOP, which means waiting for 2.14, which means waiting until somebody (like you!) helps us close all the High priority items. I'm sorry that the answer to #2 isn't more encouraging, but there's a number of fundamental questions wrapped into it, and I just cannot afford to get into more than 2 major lilypond projects at once.
