We currently have 152 FIXMEs in the documentation. That's a lot.
I'd like to defined FIXME as "this **must** be fixed before the next stable
release", and use TODO for anything else.
Frog time: each individual FIXME could take anywhere from 1 minute to 2
hours. Fortunately, almost all of them can be treated independently, or
done on a book-by-book manner (for example, there's only 8 FIXMEs in
Learning)
