If there's two issues here, could we split it? Neil or Patrick, feel free
to add new
issues about it/them/these.
I _think_ that the initial report is a low-priority enhancement, while the
new thing
is a regression in multi-measure-rest-multi-staff-center.ly, but I'm not
certain.
I'll leave it up to you two to sort this out. :)
