Reproduced with 2.12.2.
I encountered this bug when setting an opera score involving a Soprano
chorus part
that divides into two. The use of \partcombine triggered a cascade of
errors, and
the problem with this warning is that it obscures other problems. I would
prefer to
have a completely error-free run of Lilypond on any valid source file.
