Remving trailing whitespace is easy maintenance that can be well automated
by a
script in Lily source tree, but it'd be more productive to develop features
like
adding menus directly in texi2html/makeinfo, as it would benefit all
documentation
maintainers that use Texinfo.
BTW I cc to me issues that I'd like to/should have a look at.
