Stem lenghts

1. The beamed stems on the beat are too short, they should be the same 
lenght (an octave) as the 1/4 note on the second beat. Thus the c's 
would have the same stem lenght. Also the stem lenghts on the third and 
fourth beat should be the same. The third beat stems are a little too 
long and the fourth beat stem is too short. Attached is the lilypond output.
