You say it is a bit clashing but you'd not call this a collision. Note that clash is a synonym of collision. Anyway, the bug is that the acciaccatura is badly printed. I would not qualify the superposition as small because the bug makes the acciaccatura printed on the ledger line and the slur is superposed with the ledger line.

Is there an established process at Lilypond to qualify bugs?
