Why replace the line, though? Wouldn't that stop it from finding the other material that this line was looking at?
By the way, if anybody familiar with regex and/or the keywords file and/or emacs and/or whatever, wants to jump in and say "yeah, this looks fine", you'll save me a lot of feeling stupid and Jay a lot of frustration.
