In this snippet, the tail of the first f in the fff goes over the bar line to its left. I originally noticed this in a PianoStaff, but it occurs in GrandStaff as well. This problem occurs when short duration notes come after the bar line. (For example, if the second measure contains a whole note, it moves away from the bar line and the dynamic does not collide.)
