Hi, I have just downloaded lilypond because a friend of mine has recommended it to me to write turkish notation. I silmply installed it through the link below: http://download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/binaries/mingw/lilypond-2.10.33- 1.mingw.exe I do not know whether i should install anything else..
