mm rests imply a barcheck, but perhaps they're not always approrpiate.
a 2nd barcheck which is off by the same amount is not reported to make sure
one wrong duration doesn't trigger a cascade of messages. Imagine what would
happen for
\time 4/4 c2 | c1 | c1 | .. etc
otherwise.
What's your suggestion: to remove the barcheck completely?
