This is correct behaviour -- Han-Wen has fixed this already a longer
time ago.

Why? The first bar quotes cueI, the second and third bar quotes
cueII.

I'm not aware of a method to enter polyphonic quotes -- at least
\cueDuring doesn't support that, AFAIK. On the other hand, I haven't
yet tried to use a \cueDuring within a \cueDuring...
