Thanks. We've received several reports of this, but I don't know how
to fix this issue -- I know very little about pdfs, and less about
Adobe Reader / Windows.
Suggestions?
The problem only occurs on the page with pictures of engraved flats. I
believe this is page 2 of the actual documentation (so not counting the
table of contents). You could try printing from page 3 onwards. I'm
afraid that's the best I can do.
