That pdf output is not so interesting; it just displays the extenders as you would expect them to look like (i.e. different from your results.) The ideas I presented were mainly attempts to eliminate any locale-specific differences. To get a minimal example, can you try to remove notes, one by one, until the bug can be triggered just by removing or adding a single note? (if the score occupies more than one system, this can be done on each system, so that adding/removing one note on any system triggers the bug). (This can usually be done quite efficiently by binary search: If you have 30 notes, then you can remove the 15 first notes; if this _does_ remove the problem, then the problem probably happens within the first 15 notes, and you can undo your change, and try removing the last 15 notes instead.
