You should start with a faulty example, and remove .ly code until the bare minimum that is necessary for it to break.
I suggest that you invest a little time in reducing your .ly files to the bare minimum. This needs to be done before I can debug it anyway, and chances of me looking at it are increased if you do all that work for me.
Alternatively, you can sponsor an express bugfix. Trent Johnston sponsored the figured bass improvements hoping that other people would also contribute financially towards improvement as well. If you're enjoying Trent's contributions, you might give something in return.
