Indeed. We're experimenting with guile autopackage support atm. The
package
http://lilypond.org/mingw/lilypond-2.6.3.x86.package
should detect or install guile 1.6.7, which may cause problems because
guile 1.6.7 is not automatically relocatable and GUILE_LOAD_PATH is
only set by lilypond.
The package
http://lilypond.org/~janneke/loes/lilypond-2.6.3.x86.package
includes an automatically relocatable guile-1.7.2 snapshot. Please
test, if you know (a bit) what you're doing.
