I downloaded and extracted the lilypond-tools-2.6.0.zip file for Windows. Running Lilypond-book from a command prompt on WinXP, I got the following message:
lilypond-book (GNU LilyPond) 2.5.32 lilypond-book: error: 'kpsexpand \$TEXMF' failed (0) lilypond-book: error: The error log is as follows: 'kpsexpand' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Is this an error with the program, or am I doing something wrong?
