I've printed the PDF version same score in 720dpi two times. The first time I printed the file generated by 2.2.0, then 2.5.31.
The 2.5.31 barlines were thicker (IMHO too thick) in print, but they looked the same on screen when I used 1600% magnification. This happened both with Adobe Reader and Ghostscript.
