I have a rather simple project going in 2.5.20. It looks fine on 
output. For awhile, it sounds just as good on MIDI, then...BLARGH! 
You're hit with a single chord that sounds like you sat on your 
Wurlitzer. Then it's back to normal. This happens only two or three 
times. Inspecting the .mid in Sibelius, I can see that, yes, these 
chords are in fact there. Each instrument is playing at least six notes 
from the given key at once.

I'm not willing to openly distribute the MIDI/PDF/code of this project 
(I'm secretive that way :), but anyone who mails me a request can take 
a look at anything they want.
