It looks like the notes are two octaves too low; that is, if the is music for the Great Highland Bagpipe. Perhaps it is for Irish pipes?
Also, GHP music has a B minor key signature. The more I think about it, your bagpipe example is probably not for GHP. (But if it is, it is not quite right) Thanks for your work.
