I just noticed that when I upgraded from 2.1.24 to 2.1.25 then ls-R file (made by mktexlsr) wasn't removed. Presumably it's expected to be created, so should be removed by the postun script so that the old 2.1.24 directory under /usr/share/lilypond is properly removed.
