I am typesetting some piano music and have run into a problem with the bracket style of pedalSustainStyle. If I have some simultaneous notes in each clef, and the notes in the treble clef contain some accidentals, the bracket sides for a pedal change are drawn as: ____\__/___ instead of ____/\_____ I could fix each pedal change with Staff.PianoPedalBracket \set #'shorten-pair etc etc., but I have a very chromatic piece and that would be _very_ aggravating. Is there any way to make this work correctly globally? I'm using v. 2.0.0. Thanks in advance. Here's a very simple example: \include "english.ly" \version "2.0.0" upper = \notes { <c' e' a'>2 <b e' gs'>2 <c' e' a'>1 } lower = \notes { a,2\sustainDown e2\sustainUp\sustainDown a1\sustainUp } \score { \context PianoStaff << \context Staff = upper << \upper \time 4/4 \clef treble >> \context Staff = lower << \property Staff.pedalSustainStyle = #'bracket \clef bass \lower >> >> } Thanks, Jon - -------- Jonathan Kraut NYC [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------- End of Forwarded Message _______________________________________________ Bug-lilypond mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-lilypond
