Dear LilyPond Team,

Thank you very much for LilyPond!

I'm attaching a two-file tarball of what appears to be a bug in association with single-stem tremolos (they cause LilyPond to crash when I attempt to combine them with another tremolo).

Additionally, may I note a seeming discrepancy in the LilyPond Manual: When my single-stem tremolos are not combined with another tremolo, they compile successfully. However, there are warnings:

/Users/jonathan/Documents/lilypond-docs/Hanon-tremolo/ttest2.ly:15:32: warning: Chord tremolo with 1 elements. Must have two elements.:
\repeat "tremolo" 4
a16

/Users/jonathan/Documents/lilypond-docs/Hanon-tremolo/ttest2.ly:16:32: warning: no one to print a tremolos:
\repeat "tremolo" 4
c

These warnings occur despite my tremolos seemingly being constructed in accordance with LilyPond User Manual's example (section 3.10.4, "Tremolo Repeats",p. 71).

Incidentally, I notice that there are frequent language errors in the English-language version of the manual. Unless you're planning a major revision of the manual in the near future, I would be happy to proofread the current version and submit a list of these errors.

Many thanks again,

Jonathan Levi, M.D.
