Hello GNU Hurd community I just joined this list today, and wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself.
I'm currently a CS undergrad who is very interested in Operating System design and development, and I'm really interested in learning and gaining experience writing code for an OS. Looking through your contribution page I found a project that that seemed interesting to me, writing driver for virtio for KVM ( https://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/open_issues/virtio.html), but the issue seemed quite old, so I wanted to make sure that it is still open. Also I was wondering if there where any other small coding contribution, that might be more important/pressing for the project right now. Thanks for the help guys! Joseph Hemann
