Details:
mach-defpager is being killed by /sbin/killall5 because it isn't properly
being flagged as an 'important' process.
'important' processes report their startcode and endcode fields as 0 in their
/proc/PID/stat files.
mach-defpager isn't properly flagging, as can be easily verified:
ps e | grep mach-defpager
cut -d ' ' -f 26,27 /proc/11/stat
There's code in mach-defpager/main.c (lines 128-139) that is intended to do
this, but for some reason this isn't working.
