Yes. Note that the topmost packages are usually the most difficult ones (e.g. fuse, ghc). Also check the bug tracker and http://wiki.debian.org/Debian_GNU/Hurd for possibly existing patches (e.g. util-linux), and e.g. http://buildd.debian.org/util-linux for a instant snapshot of the state of a package (util-linux got fixed yesterday, not updated in graph-total-top.txt yet).
