Hi, We got five proposals this year, which is not bad. (More than last year, while the GNU umbrella got less overall...)
Now we need to find mentors. So far only Samuel and me have signed up for some of the projects; but in case we get more than one slot, it is important to know who is willing to mentor what, so we can distribute it well -- every student deserves a distinct mentor IMHO... Also, Samuel will hopefully mentor the Debian Installer task; which leaves us with even less free mentors for the others. So please sign up as a mentor for the GNU organisation at http://socghop.appspot.com/gsoc/mentor/request/google/gsoc2010/gnuproject and sign up for those projects you would feel comfortable mentoring :-) -antrik-
