Hello When i do this: wget http://ftp.debian-ports.org/debian-hurd/pool-hurd-i386/main/i/ifupdown/ifupdown_0.6.9+hurd.1_hurd-i386.deb apt-get remove ifupdown dpkg -i ifupdown_0.6.9+hurd.1-hurd-i386.deb
I still get: Selecting previously deselected package ifupdown. (Reading database ... 11863 files and directories currently installed.) Unpacking ifupdown (from ifupdown_0.6.9+hurd.1-hurd-i386.deb) ... Setting up ifupdown (0.6.9+hurd.1) ... insserv: warning: script 'K01pcmcia' mising LSB tags and overrides insserv: warning: script 'pcmcia' mising LSB tags and overrides insserv: warning: script 'K01pcmcia' mising LSB tags and overrides insserv: warning: script 'pcmcia' mising LSB tags and overrides I tried to install it from repositories.. it didn't work either ... so because i didn't know which repository it was downloaded from i tried to install the downloaded package.. It seems that either i have a bad source or the bug is still present. Thanks for your time and effort Jakub
