Xen GNU Mach: bogus transaction id

It's still sitting in the kernel debugger (if you want to have a look),
and thus <http://www.bddebian.com:8888/> is down at the moment.

This is a onte-time-only issue -- the same kernel and module has been
used to successfully boot flubber (and also foobar in the past).
