Samuel, thanks for committing the patch. I grabbed a new copy of the
gnumach code from CVS this morning and compiled it. It runs perfectly! 

Thomas, no worries, I'm still going through the learning curve on this,
so it probably helped by making me think more about why it wasn't
working. :)
