Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17129 (project hurd):
The other callers of proc_getprocinfo() are:
utils/login.c:checkowned()
libps/procstat.c:fetch_procinfo()
exec/elfcore.c:dump_core()
All of these callers have `flags' instantiated. I don't know what it should
be instantiated to. maybe PI_FETCH_TASKINFO.
