I see HurdExtras as a place for translators that haven't found a better
home.  Some translators really belong to packages other than the Hurd or
HurdExtras.  For instance, I believe that `tarfs' had rather be
distributed as part of GNU tar than as part of the Hurd.  Similarly, if
there ever exists a GNU Arch translator, I think it'd make sense to make
it part of GNU Arch.
