> 00_autoconf_update.patch <URL:http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/2004-10/msg00298.html> Note that this patch also needs 'mv i386/linux/Drivers.in i386/linux/configure.ac'. (See debian/rules or the above URL.)
This patch needs to be checked so that a full bootstrap works with it, Roland had some issues relating to that if I recall. > 11_nic_update.patch <URL:http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/2004-10/msg00269.html> I'm still taping my foot for getting any feed back about this one... > 13_ide_dma.patch <URL:http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/2004-09/msg00137.html> That patch updates some files to linux-2.0.40's versions. I'd volunteer to prepare patches to update other files as well--if someone assures me that my work will get applied. It might get applied, but it depends on if this does any good at all. The benchmarks that were posted to the listed only showed a marginal improvment, so to me it seems like it isn't worth the effort. It also had some issues on non-DMA systems, so that should also be fixed. > 90_autoconf_autogen.patch That patch is the result of running 'autoreconf -fi'. You can ignore such patches in the future, anyone who applies a patch that touches a .in file should regenerate all files anyway. What needs to be done? Shall I repost the patches here? Just what you did, poke people with a sharp metal stick. _______________________________________________ Bug-hurd mailing list Bug-hurd@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-hurd
