Summary: rm -f "" prints diagnostic message under the Hurd

Original Submission: As stated by Single User Specification, version 3, option -f of rm should not print any diagnostic messages when file doesn't exist: http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/007904975/utilities/rm.html

Under the Hurd, file name "" has special meaning, so instead of returning ENOENT, system interface function returns EINVAL, and so rm prints diagnostic message.
