Without this (and potentially a few other places where /hurd, /bin, and
/sbin are hardcoded), we don't respect parameters given to Autoconf.

It seems reasonable to be able to move binaries around, depending on a
distro's needs (FHS compliance, etc.)  Only /servers can't ever really
move around.

Is there a different approach you'd rather I take?
