What about the situation where you don't boot using the /hurd from the root filesystem. So, device:hd0s1 has /boot and a /hurd, and device:hd0s2 has /. Now if hd0s1 is ext2 and hd0s2 is ufs what would rootfs point to? ===== James Morrison University of Waterloo Computer Science - Digital Hardware 2A co-op http://hurd.dyndns.org Anyone referring to this as 'Open Source' shall be eaten by a GNU __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
