Hello! I was wondering if you have source code specifically for the LZ algorithm used in gzip? I looked over DEFLATE but extracting the LZ component may be a difficult task. I'm with a research group at McMaster University, writing a paper on the fastest LZ algorithm used to date and we would love to have gzip's LZ to compare with other codes. Thank you very much!
