For some unfathomable reason, QA has built all 3000 haskell-team packages for x86_64 and aarch64. So I have just merged this branch first; chances are that world-rebuild has not even reached these packages yet, so this would come at no cost, and on the contrary avoid building the haskell packages twice.
Haskell team, please feel free to work on an updated branch and to open a new merge request. I have rebased world-rebuild and will push shortly. It is quite possible that something similar will happen with qt-team, which concerns even fewer packages. Andreas
