Today, there is only one place for issues: Codeberg.

The current Debbugs will be sunset as soon as possible, as described by
GCD 002.  It means all the email workflow is now transferred to the
Forgejo forge hosted by Codeberg.

To me, it appears easier to send code using a regular “new” Codeberg
way, i.e., send a Pull Request.  And to continue the discussion about
the issue here.
