bug#78669: python-pygobject: Incompatibility with GTK3 applications

Hello maintainers,

When using python-pygobject@3.50.0 with GTK3-based applications (e.g. 
apostrophe@2.6.3), 
it throws:
    TypeError: gobject `apostrophe+application+Application' doesn't support 
property `application_id'
