bug#76161: guix pull fails on aarch64

When using guix as a package manager on another operating system (PureOS
Byzantium) on aarch64, guix pull fails with a message that:
'/gnu/store/xdcddvvb65hmjqlb2rny4d1cc814al5r-compute-guix-derivation'
failed to compute the derivation for Guix (version:
"7f3313341caf844d9fb6919f6cdc28fdcaf06c6d"; system: "aarch64-linux";
host version: "a80f4f67498630d75d2e39c7d68a8d20b5e17fb3"; pull-version: 1).
