bug#75988: hyprpaper does not build, needs updated hyprlang

Hi, I am on the new guix d48da2d. The hyprpaper package (version 0.7.4) 
does not build, reporting that it requires hyprlang 0.6.0; currently 
hyprlang 0.5.3 is packaged instead.
