bug#70401: [BUG] xorg-server-xwayland: missing include directory

xorg-server-xwayland is built in a way that it writes a .pc file 
referring to an xwayland include directory, but the package does not 
actually contain such a directory.

This breaks cmake's `target-link-libraries`.
