Hello, I currently use the flatwhatson channel (cc'ed on this email, hope that is okay Andrew!) and it has worked well for Emacs, though never tried anything else with libgccjit. It would be great to get this upstreamed in Guix, especially since libgccjit is a beast to build (more than emacs if I remember correctly).
