‘--with-patch’ silently does nothing when combined with ‘--with-commit’ and related options, as in:
guix build guile-gcrypt --with-branch=guile-gcrypt=master \
--with-patch=guile-gcrypt=README
It should at least warn when it does nothing. Better yet would be to
make it work together with these options.
