bug#43985: Error logging in with non-Latin language

The problem was solved!
This time, during the installation process, I put the language, keyboard and 
all the names in English, and I was able to log in with my user (not the root) 
and update it. I hope this problem is solved soon. Yes, as I thought, this is 
related to issues.guix.gnu.org/43985 <http://issues.guix.gnu.org/43985>.
