The KDE updater does not update all kde-framework packages: - Those residing in mirror://kde/stable/frameworks/$VERSION/ are updated,
- Those residing in mirror://kde/stable/frameworks/$VERSION/portingAids/ (mind the additional directory after the version) are *not* updated.
