bug#55456: No Guile Version for Windows OS

[Bug reports for GUILE, GNU's Ubiquitous Extension Language]

Hi,
I read through your wishlist.
I gather that GNU Guile is a replacement for Scheme. There isn't a 64-bit 
Windows version available. And GNU can easily create a VS Code plug-in for 
Guile.
